To all our valued customers, vendors, contractors and stakeholders,
We wish to confirm that one of our employee has been tested positive for COVID 19 on Tuesday, 27th October 2020.
In view of the incident, our company is taking all the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the virus and infection. Hence, our companies are taking immediate measures with the following activities:
- 29th October 2020
Sanitizing of all our premises, offices, warehouses and common areas by a certified professional Company
- 30th October 2020 and 31st October 2020
Compulsory swab test and screening for all our staff by a private hospital.
In view of the above activities being carried out, our business will be closed on Friday, 30th October 2020 and Saturday, 31st October 2020.
We would like to assure all our stakeholders and customers that we are fully committed in strictly following all the protocol and procedures issued by the State Disaster Management Council, State Health Department and Ministry of Health. We are also ready and willing to assist the authorities and work closely with them for any contact tracing if and when required.
Our business will resume on 2nd November 2020, after all sanitization, swab tests and screening for all our colleagues and staff has been fully performed and completed.
As health and safety remains the top priority of our group of companies, we will continue to ensure that the safety policies and healthy practices are carried out in the best interest of all our staff, customers, vendors and contractors and that we fully adhere to the strictest procedures and standards set out and implemented by the authorities concerned.
